Orders & Shipping
- Can I have my order rushed?
- Yes, please see our shipping options at checkout.
- How do your gifts ship?
- Beautifully, of course! Each gift comes in a gorgeous box with embossed logo and ribbon. To protect the gift box itself, we ship it inside a separate mailing box.
- When will I get my order?
- Orders take 1-3 days to process and 2-6 days to ship via standard shipping, depending on where it's going. If you're in a pinch, email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll see what we can do.
- Is shipping included?
- No, but we strive to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible.
- My tracking number says delivery occurred, but my recipient never received it.
- First, have your recipient look all around- oftentimes it’s just placed in an unusual place by the delivery service. If it’s really not there, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to help locate it. In the rare case that it has been lost or stolen or otherwise does not turn up, unfortunately it is beyond our control. You may file a claim with the carrier, and we will do the same.
- Do you offer a local messenger service?
- Not yet, but check back soon!
- Do you ship internationally?
- Email us with your details before you place an order, and we’ll see what we can do.
- Can I include a personal note with my order?
- Absolutely! We commissioned Small Adventure to make the cutest little notecard you ever did see that is included with every gift. Just enter your note at checkout and we will handwrite it on our stationery for your recipient.
- Can I make changes to my order?
- As there are usually 1-3 business days needed for processing, if you are able to contact us right away, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, if the item has already shipped, changes are not possible.
- What is your return policy?
- All of our gifts are non-returnable. We are very proud of all our gift collections and each individual product inside, and we know that your recipient will love it as much as we do!
- Will there be prices printed on the gift?
- Nope! Everything comes thoughtfully packaged, and your recipient will not see prices anywhere on the box.
- Will my recipient know a gift is headed their way?
- Not unless you tell them :). Your order confirmation will go directly to the email you provided, so your recipient will be surprised and overjoyed!

- Yes! Depending on the quantity you are looking for, we are able to customize orders for whatever kind of event or occasion (weddings, business meetings, social functions.. You name it!) you have in mind. We love creating something unique, so please contact us with your details.
- Can we collaborate on a gift collection?
- Yes! We love a good collaboration! Contact us, and we’ll chat.
- Can you make custom gift collections for my wedding?
- Yes, and we’d love to! We can curate gifts for your bridal party, rehearsal dinner, or welcome baskets (and everything in between).
